Requirements

• Accessible to members affected by 1/3 salary rule.
• Maximum of 20,000.
• Payment outside check-off for a maximum of 6
  months.
• Interest rate of 10% pm on reducing balance.
• Total potential liability should not exceed 80% of
  a member’s deposits.
• A penalty of 10% of the outstanding amount is charged upon failure to clear within the repayment period.
